Amazon Alexa services are giving benefit to the business owners and employees. With the deployment of Alexa in offices it helps employees to handle critical tasks such as logistic operations, scheduling meetings and also finding answer of some questions.

Similarly, virtual assistant service of Nokia known as Mika is helping engineers and developers to smoothly execute them in developing operational phases such as identifying the problems then fixing it carefully with an ease.

At last, (virtual assistant) VAs utilized in the work environment and virtual employment assistants (VEAs) will expand worker efficiency and cultivate helpful commitment.

Although, there is going to be restrictions on the functionalities of virtual assistants.

Investment on virtual personal assistants is also going to increase the spending on VPAs is going to be 3.5 U. S billion dollar by 2021.

Voice Assistance in different sectors.

The best example of adoption of VPAs shows by the hotel Marriot after doing partnership with Amazon Alexa. Hotel operator uses Alexa VPAs to assist in checkout process and management of room’s amenities.

Not only in hotels but also VAs has been covered the healthcare sectors in many ways. Remote diagnostics and elder-care applications will be enabled by VPA speakers. Vice president at Gartner, Van Baker said that “Voice technology is also already being used by physicians to document patient data within electronic health records.”

Baker also said that, “Enabling voice interaction with applications will ultimately enhance the digital dexterity of workers who have access to them.”

Well by going through above mentioned points it is clear that voice assistant technology is going to be dominating in coming times. It simplifies the work, make the employees capable of handling critical tasks, etc.

Ultimately it makes the company or business more productive and efficient. Although another side of the story is that it is not suitable for countries like India. This is because it needs fast internet services to perform well and uninterrupted. India’s largest piece of land is covered with rural areas.
