Manoj is responsible for all financial matters at A2X Care Solutions. Sven has more than 15 years of experience in international financial management with leadership positions in companies such as Maigro Technology, Wipro. Besides working with blue-chip companies, Manoj has been engaged with startup projects where he developed a deep passion for day-to-day operations as well as for long-term value creation.

Kajal Agarwal previously served at the Bjaja School of Business from 20010-18 as the school’s Chief Strategy & Operating Officer and Senior Assistant, and previously as HR of its Center for Responsible Business. She has over two decades of experience with many aspects of the Human Resource Officer portfolio, ranging from human capital management where Kajal began her career as an HR consultant, to strategic thinking/planning and change management, which comprise the balance of her work today.
